Fast claim turnaround and great customer service
Had an emergency with my dog throwing up with blood present. This claim is the result of being sent to a second emergency facility because the first one did not have a surgeon available for possible obstruction (per x-ray). After overnight stay and observation at second ER, another x-ray taken and no blockage. This was the best conservative approach other than more expensive radiography and exploratory surgery. Embrace quickly processed my claim for the second ER and waiting on claim from first ER. Always great customer service during emails and phone correspondence. Thank you!
