My dog is with me today because of pet insurance!

My pet became very ill recently and the veterinary expenses were very high and climbed quickly. He would have passed away if I would have been unable to have him hospitalized. He is only 8 (about 54 in human years - so young). We are so glad we didn't have to put him down because it was not affordable. So far his recovery has been very successful. The only regret I have is not taking out the prescription coverage. I would highly recommend pet insurance to anyone and I do!

Totally worth it

Embrace has been wonderful to work with for the three years we've had it on our Lab. Given the rising costs of pet care, and the active (clumsy?) nature of our four-legged friend, having the policy has been a real plus. The folks who work there are always a pleasure to work with, are responsive and attentive, and always seem willing to do whatever they can to answer questions and help with any issues that crop up. The rates are reasonable and reimbursement, in our experience, has always been quick and painless.

AMAZING Piece of mind!

I'm so impressed with my Embrace Pet Insurance experience so far. We signed our 2 new babies (12 week old Standard Poodle and a 1 year old cat) up for plans with the Wellness. In the first month, we've paid our premium of $96.35 and been reimbursed over $500 for Wellness expenses for vet check ups, grooming, and vaccines. I'll be recommending Embrace to every pet mom or dad I know.

very happy with Embrace!

We love Embrace Pet Insurance! We have had an expensive year with a new pup and some unexpected medical stuff with both our furry kids. Embrace is fast, kind, and wonderful to work with. The wellness dollars have been handy for exams, flea/tick meds, and other routine stuff. We are thankful to have insurance on our furry kids!

Great Compnay

Have had Embrace since my dog was a puppy. I didn't need to use it often. But he recently had major surgery and it was a relief to have most the bills covered by Embrace. I might add they were very courteous and caring when I asked questions and their prompt reimbursement was great. I would highly recommend Embrace to everyone.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
