Embrace Pet Insurance staff has been great every step in the process! I can't say enough about the staff...professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Staff truly gave me peace of mind while enrolling and during first claim which was effortless and fast. Thank you for being there for my little Yorkie!

Terrific service!
My lab has had pain issues that resulted in an MRI and pain blocker...Embrace Ins. are easy to work with and very responsive. Unlike auto or home insurance they do not make you feel guilty about filing a claim that is totally legitimate! Friendly staff and easy on line log in to view your claim help make the process go smoothly...I give 5/5 in all aspects.

Good reimbursements and friendly staff!
We have had Embrace insurance for our dog since he was a puppy. We didn't always need to use it, but this year he has unexpectedly developed a liver disorder which has required several blood tests and an ultrasound to diagnose, and more tests are on the horizon. Once we met our deductible, we have been receiving significant reimbursements from Embrace, which greatly assist with the costs of these tests and procedures. The amount of reimbursements have surpassed the monthly fees for the past 4 years, so the policy has paid for itself! On top of this, the staff is always extremely friendly when I submit a claim, or ask a question. They do not treat their customers like a large disconnected corporation, but rather it feels like dealing with a local vet office that cares about my pet. That is a welcome change, especially when you are dealing with a scary health issue with your pet.

Quick and Reliable Service
My breeder purchased the first month of pet insurance for my puppy. I continued the coverage after that time and I have received excellent service and follow up with questions I had regarding the policy.
When I submit a claim they respond quickly and I receive my payment within 5 days. They offer a variety of coverages and provide a personal touch by sending newsletters with helpful information about pet care. The owner has sent me emails thanking me for my business.
I would highly recommend this company!!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
