HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Just got off the phone with Kara. I encourage senior leadership of this company to review audio. Absolutely No willingness to think outside the box. It was a straight "policy read" communication today. It was only AFTER I threatened to cancel not one but TWO revenue producing policies to your company that she stated that there was an appeal process for my situation. Unbelievable. My dog is 5 months old. Yet Kara seems to be ok with simply blanketing my situation with the standard " unfortunately / pre existing/ script". I did a lot of research before I became a paying customer to this company and unfortunately two policies do not seem to matter.

It was wonderful!
The services provided by the insurance are great! The customer service are always very responsible for people'needs. In addition, they are friendly and ver polite. It is a great service and I am very fortunate to have it.

So far so Good
We purchased Embrace for our puppy because we want him to be a part of our family for a long time. We submitted a claim for wellness at the same time we submitted his physical and it was paid immediately... No wait time as advertised. It was an easy process. I hope we never need to use this insurance other than for wellness but I am so glad that we have it just in case the unexpected happens. I feel confident that Hutch will be taken care of free of hassle.

Very Grateful!
I was terrified when my dog was diagnosed with intervertebral disc disease. I hated seeing my poor boy in pain and I also had to worry about how I could pay for all of the treatments. Embrace has been very helpful in reimbursing me very quickly. I was initially confused about the process, but I spoke to someone on the phone who was very patient and explained things very clearly to me. I appreciate Embrace and would recommend them to anyone with pets!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
