Milo Claim status
I just want to let you and the brand know that the level of service i got from you regarding my dog Milo was the worst i ever experience. No one in your company ever followed up with me and my wife regarding physical for Milo and Scooter for the new policy for 2017. Milo had an accident and hurt his leg and i am getting th run around on my two dogs i got from a rescue. i submitted a claim and after taking my payment for 17 months i get a (OH BY THE WAY)We do not have a Physical from either dogs and I stated that should of been said prior to taking my first payment 17 monhs ago so i felt cheated and robbed with Embrace We are thinking about going to a new company once this insurance get to its last 30 days. everything you stated prior to me accepting your insurance in 2015 was totally false and we are not satisfied with you Customer service Embrace team.
