Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

When processing a claim along with a pre-approval for continued treatment, it was a pleasure to work with the Embrace staff. They were very helpful in explaining what they needed from me. They were very cooperative throughout the process and approved the claim and pre-approval. I appreciate having the pre-approval process, so it's clear early on if continued treatment will be covered. It was quite a relief to have that approval first and allow us to focus on treatment and getting our dog better.

The only reason I'm not giving a 10 is I've never had pet insurance before. The staff has been excellent in helping me understand the insurance process and filing/handing claims. Our dog is a rescue without a medical history so we wanted to be prepared for any problems. This has been a great help.

Our poor golden retriever has had such a tough year! She has had to have 3 surgeries, two of them major, in the last 5 months. I can't say enough about the service we have had from Embrace - they have processed the claims we've sent in quickly and have provided coverage for everything. What a relief this has been during such a difficult time. We have now had pet insurance for our dogs for 9 years and we tell all pet parents we know what a good investment it is!
