Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We were initially hesitate to get pet insurance but from our first contact with Embrace to now we have been so incredibly blessed; everyone is always so helpful and the response to any inquiries or to claims has always been expedient. We will definitely insure our future pets with Embrace. Thank you, Embrace!

This is our second year with Embrace for both of our dogs and we would be in a world of hurt without it! Embrace makes everything so easy from the claim submission process to the claim tracking process to getting your reimbursements fast! We have a high maintenance French Bulldog (who we could NOT love more!) and the majority of her Wellness (for her first year of life) and Injury/Illness has been covered by our Embrace reimbursements. We appreciate their customer service and the ability to always get a human on the phone as well!

I switched to Embrace for one of our dogs, and I couldn't be happier. I tried to add our other dog as well, but the medical history review resulted in too many pre-existing conditions, so I stayed with her previous provider. But I wish I could use Embrace.Our dog recently had a surgery. Our claim was processed within 5 days, and I received a direct deposit in my account within the next 2 days. The thing I love the most about Embrace is how easy it is to estimate what would be reimbursed; it is similar to insurances for humans. With the other insurance company that we have, there is a huge price sheet where you need to guess whether it is a primary or secondary illness and comply with so many conditions. Embrace is so much easier: it's 80/20 for most things.

I did a lot of research on pet insurance. I was getting a great Dane and knew I'd need it. One other Dane owner had blogged that Embrace was his top choice. When I went to my vet, she said they had also researched companies and Embrace came out on top. I didn't have to wait long to use it, he got a double ear infection! The paperwork was easy and after submitting medical history-he was a rescue so they took what we had-they quickly approved my claim and my check is on it's way! Very painless and made his medical attention affordable. Have almost made back the premiums already! Will definitely keep and considering adding my other pets as well.

My dog was vomiting daily for approximately 2 weeks. Blood work was normal and Xray was normal. Called Embrace to see if an ultrasound was covered. I received the precertification form for my Vet to fill out and it was approved the next day. I received my check approximately 4 days later. Best decision I made was to get pet insurance and I never had a problem with Embrace.
