Great coverage, great customer service
I had pet insurance (VPI) for other dogs, many years ago, but this time around I did some research, talked to friends, and heard such good things about Embrace that last December I decided to sign up all three of my dogs. So glad I did! My four-year-old mixed breed dog, always super active and healthy, came down with a persistent case of swollen tonsils a few months ago. ER visit, vet visits, specialists, biopsies... the bills piled up. I distributed claim forms to all vets. The vet offices faxed or emailed everything to Embrace; Embrace kept in touch with me via email; the deductible was met; and refunds were issued in a timely manner. And: after a quick call to the Embrace office, instead of a check in the mail, refunds were transferred electronically and were in my bank account the next morning.
I love my dogs, and I'm happy to know that Embrace has them covered. I'd recommend Embrace wholeheartedly to anyone looking for health insurance for a beloved canine companion.
