Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My Golden Retriever, Dixie Belle, has Osteosarcoma, bone cancer. She was diagnosed in January, had a complete front leg amputation in February, and had four rounds of chemotherapy. She has monthly chiropractic sessions to help her gate and occasional acupuncture to help her immune system. As of right now, she is still going strong and enjoying life! As you can imagine, this has been an extremely emotional and expensive process. Thankfully, I had purchased Embrace insurance for my girl several years before. Embrace has processed and paid their share of all of these expenses in an extremely timely fashion without unnecessary questions about costs of the procedure. The forms are easy to fill out and to submit - you can even take a photo with your phone!! I highly recommend Embrace.

I've had Embrace insurance since my Portuguese Water Dog was a pup. She is now 5 and I found a lump on her front leg. It was cancerous and had to be removed by a surgeon. Not only did Embrace cover everything my policy covered, the check was 7 days after surgery, AND because she had been a healthy pet for a few years my deductible was reduced. For a scary situation it was nice to know I wasn't having to sell a kidney to get my dog healthy. The surgeon removed the tumor with good margins so now she just needs to heal but we don't have to do any further treatment. So grateful for Embrace!

Our dog needed an operation to remove a cancerous toe. Embrace's paperwork was easy to complete. They covered almost the entire cost of the surgery, and they reimbursed us quickly for the expense. An Embrace customer service representative even followed up to make sure we had received their check. I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of this company.
