Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have had coverage with Embrace for about 9 months. Their website is very easy to upload documents and their customer service is awesome. They are quick to answer questions too. First time we have had pet insurance...glad we chose Embrace.

I would recommend Embrace to anyone who was looking for pet insurance and I already have. The claims have a quick turn around so you do not have to wait for your money to be reimbursed.

I have been in the vet field for a while and with the numerous choices out there for pet insurance, I feel Embrace is in the top 3. They process claims quickly, keep you updated and do what they say. So far, they are great.

The process was very simple to get the insurance policy in place. I'm excited that some wellness visits are covered too-an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I can track my claims online- another plus! My vet can send in claim forms- no paperwork for me. I love it!! So far a very positive experience. I'm even pleasantly surprised, as dealing with any insurance company can often be a very disappointing experience. Not This time!!!!

Getting Embrace insurance was the best thing I did for my pets. I bought as an investment for their future as well as just a sense of security for any emergencies. They have always gone above and beyond all my expectations and needs. Their coverage is complete and comprehensive, no hidden loopholes or surprises, and I've always been reimbursed in a timely manor. When Jolene recently had some neurologic scares, I didn't even have to worry because I knew Embrace would be there for me to pursue all necessary diagnostics and treatments. I cannot say enough about how great they are as a company and insurance provider. I recommend them to everyone and anyone who will listen.
