LOVE the folks at Embrace!!

When I've had to call for questions to be answered there is an actual person you get to talk to that is very helpful and you can tell they are pet lovers. I've referred them to a lot of people.

Prompt claim handling, helpful staff

I received prompt status emails after claim was filed. Claim was settled in less than a week. Live Chat was helpful in navigating where to look for details and for clarification of what is covered under Wellness. I have never had pet insurance before, but when I was comparison shopping I found this one to be both easy to work with and offering better coverage for the cost.

Embrace is great company!

We have an older Bullmastiff and a Bulldog puppy and decided last year to insure both dogs through Embrace. Our Bullmastiff accidentally ate something that had to be removed through emergency surgery and Embrace covered the procedure. Their staff is great and the claims process was pretty straightforward. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Peace of Mind with Embrace

After my first dog was diagnosed with a liver disease, I became very familiar with the burden of covering extensive vet costs out of pocket. When I adopted my second dog, I was adamant of getting insurance - at least for year one. Remington has since turned one and growing and I plan to keep Embrace! I am comforted knowing that no matter what happens, Embrace is there to support me in doing what it takes to make sure Remington always gets the best care.

So grateful for Embrace!

We've been using Embrace for 4 years for our 125 lb mastiff. Due to her large size, it seems every time we take her to the vet, we're looking at a substantial bill. Embrace has been there every step of the way and, knowing that, we don't think twice about taking her in to see the doctor. Their customer service is the best I've ever had to deal with and the claims process is simple, seamless, and quick - I typically get reimbursed in less than two weeks for any claims I file. I highly recommend Embrace for pet insurance.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
