Getting Embrace-Best move I made in a long time !!

After having surgery for tooth removal, the Vet thought there might be a bleeding issue. Blood tests were ordered. Thankfully, no hemophilia issue!!!The claim was handled quickly and efficiently. The staff has been extremely helpful! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Friendly service and quick reimbursement!

Our dog had a series of seizures that required him to get a MRI test done... Embrace representatives were very helpful and friendly in the pre-approval and claim process, and we got our reimbursement immediately!

Worth Every Penny

We have been with Embrace since 2011 and I have to say it has been worth every penny. We have two pure-bred Border Collies and as active dogs, pet insurance is a no-brainer for us. Some years we have leaned heavily on our coverage--they've covered everything from demodic mange to kennel cough to an accident that caused a puncture wound and required staples to dietary indiscretion to a UTI to allergies to broken nails--it seems like we've run the gambit. Other years have been pretty calm; it's just so nice to have it. I'm thankful that we never have to question whether or not to take our dogs to the vet. I would even go as far as to say having Embrace has made us better pet parents. Embrace is fair and up-front about what's covered and I love that they reimburse a portion of what you pay, rather than some predefined amount. They're also very responsive to emails and phone calls and EVERY person I've spoken to has been friendly and seemed dedicated to helping me. As a bonus, claims are handled really speedily--usually less than 2 weeks. I can safely say I'll never have another pet without also having pet insurance and if things continue as they are, that insurance will always come from Embrace. I have even recommended it to many of our fellow pet-parent friends!

Easy and great service

This is my second year having pet insurance for my two ragdoll cats, Abby and Oliver. I feel it has been worth it and love how easy it is to submit claims and how fast they are processed. Communication is always great. I would recommend this insurance to any pet owner.

Excellent turnaround for processing claim

Our Greater Swiss Mountain Dog was neutered and had gastropexy surgery. Embrace processed the claim within the same week as the surgery and let us know what our reimbursement would be. That is great customer service!!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
