I shopped around quite a bit before choosing Embrace. In the past 6 months, my dog became terminally ill. The staff at Embrace was considerate of my feelings, while also being helpful throughout the process of submitting the claim forms. Their communication and the ease of the online portal has been invaluable.

Our wellness claim for our healthy 16-month old "dood" was processed in five days (including the weekend). We were kept informed of the claim status by email messages (when the claim was received and when it was processed for payment). A detailed Explanation of Benefits (EOB) was provided for my records along with a friendly message from the staff letting me know that I would receive a check within 10 days. Our claim was submitted only one day after our contract renewal, but there was no delay in processing our claim. We appreciate the quick processing of our claim and the details that are provided on the EOB.
