Permanent conditions are unwarranted & unfounded.
When my dog had back surgery 5 years ago and was then considered a permanent condition, which would not be covered. But now he had surgery on his neck, not his back and of course you state he is not covered for the same reason. I believe you stretched the condition to your own likeness and for that reason I am stopping insurance on both Taylor and Trudy. I am entitled for a full refund paying monthly for the past 5 years on both dogs and am very displeased with the unfair practices and polices to fit your needs and purpose. Very disatisified with your insurance policy and reasoning behind your decision.

Great staff and great coverage!
Our 9 year old Mastiff had to have emergency surgery on a skin mass that caused an arterial bleed as well as many appointments after his surgery for bandage changes, antibiotics, etc. Embrace has covered more than I expected for his care which, of course, makes a very unfortunate situation much easier. I also love the timeliness of responses at Embrace. Anytime I email a question I recieve a response within 1 hour! All of the staff members I've spoken with through phone or email are so helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend Embrace to anyone with furry children of thier own!

Accessing Embrace Account
Embrace system always seems to reject my info requiring me to call - very annoying and time wasting. Time to improve that feature.

Caring customer service & fast reimbursment!
We choose Embrace when our German Shepard, Jax, was only 6 months old. We choose to insure her because of the issues shepards can have with their hips. We choose Embrace because they offered the best coverage for the best price. When Jax turned 3 we noticed she was not using her back right leg. After inspection by our Vet we found out she had a torn cruciate ligament in her knee which causes the bones to "slide" as she puts weight on it. The surgery to correct her knee was quite expensive and we were very glad to have the support of the Embrace Team there to help. The turn around time on the claim was within 2-3 weeks and their customer representatives were very caring; following up on Jax and the status of her recovery. I have recommended Embrace to several friends and will continue to do so.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
