embrace is a life saver!!

My cane corso Gracie developed hip dysplasia in both hips at a young age, both hips needed to be replaced, to make matters worse shortly after she was diagnosed with addisons disease. embrace was and is a huge part of gracies ongoing recovery. I recommend embrace to anyone I see with a pet. I have had many claims as you can imagine, and every sigle one has been covered in an extremely timely fashion.

Back surgery gets doxie back on her feet.

In July, my mini Doxie needed emergency back surgery. Embrace was with us from the initial emergency /after hours vet through the surgery and hospital stay. They continued to cover her extensive rehab. Claims were quickly paid, They stayed in contact via email. Thankfully, my furbaby, Zuzu is expected to make a full recovery. I definitely would recommend them.

Very helpful

My vet clinic has the forms on hand and can easily file them for me, which makes the whole process easier. They say Embrace is easy to work with. I agree wholeheartedly. If you have questions, call and they will be answered. There was an issue with my other dog, for whom they needed medical records from a snake bite at the emergency clinic. While it was not clear from the e-mails what was needed, one phone call and it was all taken care of. Really great people to talk to who understand why you love your pet.

Excellent Coverage

My dog had chronic diarrhea, and was not feeling well at all! Due to that fact that I had Embrace Insurance I was able to take him to a Specialist, and they were able to treat him to make him feel better. The Vet office submitted the bills for me and nothing was ever questioned or delayed. The were extremely prompt in payment! I received my check from Embrace before the credit card bill! That made it very easy. I am very happy with Embrace.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
