Endorse Embrace 100 percent

Embrace has always been extremely responsive whether they are approving a claim and mailing the check or when I make an inquiry. They are also readily available when making a call and I have never been on hold for any period of time. I highly recommend them.

So grateful for your good service!

I have six dogs, so I really need good pet insurance! My oldest Yorkie had to have bladder surgery recently to remove a large stone. After a successful surgery, I faxed my claim on Tuesday, it was approved on Thursday and the direct deposit went through over the weekend. Since he had already met his deductible, 80% of the large bill was paid! I have been spreading the word among my friends who own pets. Thank you for taking one of the stressors of his surgery away!

Great Customer Service

My pet baby had to have surgery. Embrace worked to assist with the claim and the customers service representative was very helpful.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
