I have had the very best experience possible
My 8 year old female papillon, Ava, lost hind limb control due a ruptured disc. She has been my service animal & my life line for 8 years and I was devastated by the news. Fortunately, I had a credit card reserved for her in the event of emergencies & I had Embrace Pet Insurance, & those 2 things were what brought me comfort on the worst day ever because I could say to the surgeons "do whatever you need to do to make her better," and trust that Embrace would be there for us in the end, and they were. When the results of the claim came back (in less than 2 weeks) they covered everything I hoped and prayed that they would and I can now truly relax and focus on my baby's recovery. I am beyond grateful to Embrace Insurance and all that did. I especially appreciate their customer support and compassion for Ava - everyone I talked to only cared about how she was doing and recovering. They have been a Godsend to me at the most difficult time and I couldn't ask for more from an insurance company.
