I felt "Embraced" after the loss of my pet
My sweet cat, Buddy, was diagnosed with HCM, a virtual death sentence. From his first visit to the ER and regular visits to our vet and, finally, to his euthanasia Embrace Pet Insurance was there for me. The claims were handled promptly and reimbursements came quickly. I really wanted to speak to the heart and soul the claims people at Embrace showed as I went from shock to grief. Throughout the process they were kind and sympathetic. I was overwhelmed with their caring after Buddy died. You wouldn't expect that, once the bills were paid and no "client" existed, to have the company reach out in the form of e-mails and cards and personal notes to let me know they felt my pain. It meant so much to me as I grieved his loss. I will find another furry baby soon (the house is too quiet)and one of the first calls I make will be to Embrace. They were wonderful.
