Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I signed up all 3 of our pets (2 dogs and 1 cat) a little over a year ago. I have submitted a couple of claims...the biggest a torn acl in my 100lb mixed breed. Embrace handled the claim very quickly and within 2 weeks I had a reimbursement check in the mail. So glad I don't have to make decisions for my pets based on cost. Embrace is a very professional company and when I have called with questions they answer promptly and process claims quickly. Thanks Embrace!

I've been using Embrace for my multiple pets for many years. I've been covered for everything I expected and never had any issues or disputes. The staff are BEYOND helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I recommend Embrace to everyone and I swear I'm the cause of most of their clients! ha. Would be nice if there were a referral program ;) Seriously though, I'm so happy to help my friends and those who adopt from me - giving them the peace of mind and being financially able to take care of their furbabies when necessary. Because something ALWAYS happens. To not have pet insurance is just crazy. And to not have Embrace be your pet insurance carrier is even crazier! There is no better carrier out there. None.

Our seven year-old Rottie/Lab Mix tore her ACL. We took her in for the surgery consultation only to find out that she had a small growth on her lower lip which the surgeon thought might be melanoma. So, during her ACL surgery her growth was removed and biopsied. It in fact, turned out to be melanoma. She just received her third melanoma shot yesterday and she is doing very well. I cannot thank Embrace enough for helping to cover the costs for my sweet girl. My husband always jokes that she is spoiled rotten, nicknaming her the $10,000 dog. Thanks to Embrace she definitely lives up to that name.

who knew that mince pie was poisonous, not my dogs for sure. $1600. later at the emergency vet s. IV fluids, overnight stay , lab work etc,etc,I had the check less than a week later from Embrace Ins, they are the best .asked how my dogs were etc. customer service ,,,the BEST

Charley has had an endless amount of health problems. I wasn't sure if having insurance would help since he has so many pre-existing conditions. But he recently had an accident and needed an x-ray. Because of the accident, the vet discovered some other issues. It's been finally diagnosed as Cushing's Disease, which has constant follow up tests and medication required for life. It has all been covered with no hassle and saved me and will save me a lot of money. They also have great customer service and online tools. My only recommendation would be to have an app for members to be able to easily log into from their phones to submit and view claims and see account information. Thanks to embrace for being helpful and happy to pay out claims with no push back. Good and ethical company that I trust.
