Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

How often can you use those words in relation to insurance of any kind. They're customer service is very friendly, clear and easy to understand. They respond immediately to your claims and with payment. Which makes the whole process completely stress free, leaving you with more time to spend taking care of your four legged family member.

I have had Embrace pet insurance for a year and a half. My dog received a diagnosis for a chronic disorder; he will need to be on maintenance medications the rest of his life. I feel very lucky to have chosen Embrace over the others. It is super easy to submit a claim; there are multiple ways to submit your claim. I always choose to upload on the website, but emailing, faxing, even snail mail is an option. The claim form is very quick and easy for you and/or your veterinarian to fill out- I don't feel like it is an undue burden on the doctor to ask him or her to complete it. I have always gotten a confirmation of submission, and follow-up emails, so I know where we are and in the process without going online to check. The only thing I wish is that there was an app where you can take pictures of the form and upload, and see your claim right from an app. Even without an app, it's an easy process. That is just a wish list thing. I highly suggest Embrace. Easy process, great customer service on the phone and email, and your refunds are quick & they offer direct deposit.

I cannot say enough good things about Embrace Pet Insurance. I have had other pet insurances over the years and everything was a fight. It kind of defeated the purpose. Ever since I started with Embrace, they have been more than fair and timely. A few years back, my golden tore his ACL and they covered everything they said they would, without question! Recently, he was diagnosed with cancer and needed lung surgery for almost $9,000! Without Embrace's coverage and timely payments, I would not have been able to do this. Thank you!

I have had Embrace since 2013 and have referred two friends to Embrace. I've been fortunate enough with two pet, Frankie an 8 year old mixed breed of Min. Pincher and Italian Greyhound and Patsy 9 a purebred Tri Color sheltie to not have had to file any major medical claims. I do have the wellness coverage (which I didn't realize). I called Embrace and the representative told me that I could file wellness claims at any time, they were not limited as the medical claims were...who does that????? They could have said nothing! Instead I just filed 4 years worth of wellness claims for two dogs and they have been approved. This company is the bomb...the best.

Always answer all my questions, even put in for predetermination for future testing for me... they are awesome!!! :)
