So glad I signed up our dogs for insurance!

We had a very scary event with our 6 year old Flat Coated Retriever. She suddenly started retching and panting for air at 9:30 at night. She had to have emergency surgery for GVD and bloat. Knowing we had pet insurance gave us some comfort in signing for her surgery. Had no idea how much you guys would really cover and have to say I am pleased that you covered about 70% of the costs. The claim process is very easy and you reviewed our claim in a timely manner.

Great company

I've had nothing but a positive experience with Embrace. I've had them for three years now and it's nice to have that peace of mind for my doggy. Thanks!

Great & Fast Service

Our Penny suffered an acute digestive incident that scared us to death. The administrative process to submit our claims was quick and easy. The reimbursement we received was also quick. I'm sure customer service is quite helpful but I didn't even need them, that's how well the online submission process was. Wish all companies ran as well as Embrace.

Embrace helps you get through sad times.

We have a 2.5 year old very active male English lab. He went on hikes, romped around the yard - very active. We never noticed anything until one day he jumped out of bed and came up limping. Later on that day he bounded out the car, crash landed and was on three legs. To the vet we went. Very sad to learn he has severe osteoarthritis in BOTH front legs as a result of elbow dysplasia. We had no clue - one week later he is limping on back right leg. To the vet - hip dysplasia. How can this be? Anyway, we sent the forms in not knowing what to expect since we never did pet insurance.Embrace got back to us in a couple of weeks and all is covered. It won't make our lab better, but it certainly will help pay the bills that are quickly adding up. Thank you Embrace!
