Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have a pup less than a year and a half who's had to have two surgeries, one last year and one this year already, and Embrace paid quickly beyond my deductible. They communicate well and the system is user friendly and easy to find information. If I had one complaint it is the form that must be filled out by the vet or surgeon. I really hate bothering them with this type of thing. It's administrative and they are super busy. I would hate to know that my vet was late in dealing with my dog because they were filling out a form. I should be able to fill it out and send in the appropriate receipt(s). Mostly am very happy with the service and the price is fair.

Purchased this insurance when we got our two Lab puppies.Theyhave been wonderful and alway prompt. Jewel has allergies and Embrace has been wonderful to work with.

I feel blessed to be an Embrace customer. It is amazing how expensive it is keeping a dog healthy. Multiply this by two and the cost of having two dogs can be insurmountable. Lately, both my boxer and min-pin have had skin infections with costs of over $1000. Only with Embrace insurance have I been able to keep both dogs well. With only a 20% copay, I can "roll" my money back to pay for the next bill. You continue to have peace-of-mind as your dog ages and his probability of serious illness increases. Also, your veterinarian is more likely to accept a promissory note for unexpected treatments if s(he) knows you have pet insurance. There are too many benefits Embrace insurance offers to not think about having a policy to safeguard and show back your dog's unconditional love.

If it weren't for Embrace, my two boys wouldn't be alive today. My French Bulldog experienced an incident of IVDD in September requiring emergency surgery at Tufts costing over $5,000. Embrace covered 80% of it AND his hydrotherapy sessiosions. Then in January my new Bullmastiff puppy had to have surgery for Entropion and Distichia for just over $2,000. Embrace covered 80% of it. Then in March my Bullmastiff decided it was a good idea to raid our hamper and eat two socks. WHOLE. He needed emergency surgery for a blockage at our local 24 hour emergency vet. Embrace covered 80% of it. I LOVE EMBRACE. I am forever an embracer and I tell everyone about them. It is the best peace of mind knowing I can treat and care for my animals regardless of cost because they are "embraced". Their policies are very straightforward and if I ever have any questions their customer service has always been extremely helpful. Thank you Embrace for being such a wonderful company.
