I recommend them to every pet owner i know

These guys have been so great to work with. I have a yellow lab that I adopted 1.5 yr ago. Since then he's been to the vet for dozens of different things. Embrace makes the process so smooth an easy to submit a claim. A reimbursement check was lost in the mail and they didn't question it. They sent me a new. I appreciate the professionalism and outstanding customer service theyve provided. I have and will recommend them to every pet owner I know.

Grateful

This was the first time we worked with Embrace. They were very nice and patient and explained every step they were going through to process my claim. Since this was my dog's first time they had to go back through her past medical records so it took a little longer. They explained everything and were very patient in doing so. Their staf was pleasant and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough.

Nice try, no cigar.

I bought into this policy thinking that I might get help with a few of the visits that Murphy has needed. Eight months later, this company has covered nothing...not even a deductible! I will be cancelling both policies on 07/23/17.

Embrace Pet Insurance is a Good Investment!

I am so happy that when we got a new kitten I took out a policy for her. I have needed to use it for a couple of unexpected issues, and 80% coverage really goes a long way in helping with expenses. Each time I've emailed or called Embrace, the customer service reps have been friendly and courteous; I get the sense most of them are animal lovers. Although they do scrutinize claims and question the vet when necessary, I find them to be fair. I plan to continue insuring my cat for the duration of her life.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
