Tammie is going to be 12 and has gone through Chemo for Mamory Cancer treatments and Embrace has been their for us to help us give her the best care she could get. Our re-imbursements have been received within in a week to 10 days without any questions or issues. Good company and quality people to speak with. Thanks

THE WORSE !!!!
This insurance is the terrible! The "Chief Underwriter" is not licensed as a veterinary tech. in Florida and yet is handling claims on behalf of either American Southern Home Insurance Company or American Modern Home Ins. with virtually no veterinary training. She belongs to an association but will not tell me the training she received and for all I know, membership only required paying a membership fee. She has disregarded the veterinary surgeon's opinion on whether my dog's left hip injury was related to a prior right hip injury which occurred 2 1/2 ago, and without any background in veterinary medicine or review by a veterinarian has decided to deny the claim. These people are bad news and USAA should be ashamed that they refer their pet insurance to these unskilled and combative insurance adjusters! I'm cancelling all pet insurance for 12 animals with them immediately and going with Trupanion and I would suggest everyone else do the same, before Jenna Mahan the "Chief Underwriter" for Embrace denies your claim without justification.Harriet Lewis-Mooney

The best Isurance
My claims have all been wellness claims, as my cat is fairly healthy. The claims are handled with dispatch, and I have arranged for the checks to be directly deposited into my checking account.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
