The Embrace staff members are all friendly, reliable, and hardworking people to ensure they provide the best customer service, satisfaction, and taking care of you and your furry family member. They will follow up with all the questions, concerns, and claims you may have in an extremely fast manner. There have been numerous times when one of the Embrace Customer Representative will email me to follow up with my claims to ensure both my pet and myself were taken care of and that's how providing excellent customer service and feedback should be. I would highly recommend Embrace to any new customer seeking out a reliable and affordable pet insurance company you can trust on!

As a retired attorney who worked with many insurance companies, I am very impressed with Embrace. They have done exactly what their contract says they will do. We have had their insurance for over three years now and have had to use it for two major incidents with our two dogs. The first incident required an expensive lab report to diagnose our dogs condition. The second incident was a cruciate ligament tear where the surgeons had to re-engineer the joint. This was very expensive and I am so very glad we had this professional insurance company to help us cover the costs. In addition to being professional, they are also compassionate. I have recommended them to my animal loving friends and do not hesitate to endorse them here.

I've been using Embrace pet insurance for several years. Thankfully, I haven't had any big emergencies. I paid for the wellness rewards for a while, but in the end dropped them because they're not really worth the hassle. I had 4 pets getting wellness rewards and between all 4, I maybe saved $80 a year on vet bills and medication (flea/tick). I often ran into the problem spending more than the plan covered for one pet and not quite enough for another pet. Any issues I had with claims or anything else was resolved in a timely manner. However, I'd just say that it's definitely better to call them because it takes them a day or two to get back to you by email.

We recently lost our Golden Retriever after heroic attempts by multiple vets to save him. We submitted several claims for the various vets. Embrace responded immediately. The coverage has saved us thousands of dollars. When we get a new dog it will immediately get embrace insurance.

My little Cujo had an in-grown eyelash. Her regular vet couldn't see it and performed two procedures. Ended up taking Cujo to animal eye specialist who immediately saw the problem and performed surgery to remove all eyelashes inside the eyelid..ewwww, along with the one that was rubbing her eye. Embrace covered all costs at 80% in a very timely manner. Bill was over $1,300.
