Prompt payment of my claim!

The reason I always recommend Embrace Pet Insurance is they keep you informed by email on the status of you claim and pay usually pay within 2 weeks! If I did not have pet insurance I would not be able to afford the tests that are needed for my senior cat.

Happy

My claims have always been reviewed and resolved quickly and efficiently. I'm thrilled with my decision to select Embrace. I am disappointed that my rates go up so much each year, but was told it is because of where I live and the cost of things in the area. Outside of that, I like having piece of mind that if anything happened to my pup, weighing emergency costs would be lower in my mind.

Excellent!

My dog was diagnosed with a compressed disc in his back and needed prompt surgery. Embrace was there for us. They promptly responded to questions and paid claims. The coverage was as expected. The only questions they asked us was "how is your dog?" At a really stressful time, they were reliable, professional, and helpful.

Excellent customer service!

We have been with Embrace for 5 years now and renew it every year. Excellent customer service, super easy to submit a claim and get your check back. The benefits are clearly explained, and the rates are competitive. Highly recommend it!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
