Outstanding customer service
Embrace was one of the insurance companies recommended by our vet, and I'm so glad we chose them to cover our adopted 4-legged son. We had hoped we would only need it for wellness expenses, but Dewey suddenly developed luxating patellas in both rear legs at just over a year old, requiring surgery. So far, Embrace has processed our claims very quickly, and we were informed of our claims' status every step of the way.
Also, any time I've contacted them with a question or to get some info, I've been impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable each person I've spoken with has been. Their customer service has been truly outstanding. I feel like they really are there to help!
