The process was slow and clunky.
I had embrace for a couple of years and then finally had my first claim. It took weeks to hear back and finally when I did they need more information even though I completed all the required forms. They wanted my pets full medical history. Wouldn’t that make more sense to require that in the beginning and just have it on file. Then I had to contact my vet and try to get the history and try to get them to fax it over, in a timely manner. One that was done it took another week for the claim to be paid. It was inefficient and slow.
