Best investment ever!

I chose Embrace 5 or 6 years ago after extensive research into the options available and have never regretted my decision. Having Embrace Pet Insurance has allowed me to afford expensive tests to determine the right course of treatment on puzzling ailments. (How many can afford an $800 blood test to figure out why their cat is ill?) The claim process is easy and customer service has been very helpful in answering questions - I always get a live person. I have recommended Embrace multiple times. Thank you fopr being there for my furry family.

Excellent Worth Every Penny, Best Pet Insurance You Can Find

Excellent Service and Quick payout, Best available Coverage and premium cost when compare to other big insurance carriers Embrace beat them all. They also offer the option to cover pet wellness cost. Highly recommend Embrace.

Difficult to file claims and way too long to reimburse

I wish I had known that I could not electronically file claims like my other pet insurance carrier for my other Wolfhound. It would have made a difference going with your company. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient if I forget that I needed a form filled out at Vet's office. Your turnaround time for reimbursement is dismal...but average overall for all companies. You came highly recommended but I am not impressed. Sorry and now I am stuck with you. Susan McIntosh

Fantastic Insurance Company

I am new to having pet insurance and I am so happy I chose Embrace. Our Vet office recommended Embrace. The claim process was fast and easy and I was communicated with in a very timely manner about the status of the claim. Embrace is top notch and I would definitely recommend them to cover your pet are.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
