Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

In August my service dog was diagnosed with lymphoma. Thanks to excellent care and Embrace for the coverage available, my service dog is doing terrific.! I highly recommend Embrace! I did a lot of research prior to choosing Embrace for insurance. Representatives are knowledgeable and caring, and the coverage makes treatments possible! Thank you Embrace from the bottom of my heart for helping to process claims, and just being there!

Since March Henry has presented with vague symptoms that evidenced themselves in either back pain, anaplasmosis related or gastro intestinal. Because he is is an active agility and earthdog, he needs to feel well to perform and compete in the competitions. I have explored orthopedic/ neurological issues through an MRI and X-rays. I have done extensive BW for IFA and PCR titer for Vector borne diseases and now we are exploring gastro intestinal issues with a possible diagnosis of Addison's disease. Though we have received recompense for some testing, we haven't heard about some of the tests and visits. I will say that in the past Embrace has been very prompt in their response to all claims.

I've been a long-time Embrace client. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service and payment of claims. I have a multiple pet policy with a high deductible in hopes of not having to use the coverage except for chronic or catastrophic stuff. So when my Middy was diagnosed with asthma, Embrace stepped in and paid the many claims associated with the diagnosis, and now pays out for Middy's expensive inhaled meds. They even paid for the spacer, AeroKat. I would not have been able to put Middy on the much safer but incredibly expensive inhaled steroid if I didn't have Embrace coverage. Thanks!
