Customer Service is declining
I have never had a negative or poor experience with Embrace since I started with them 3 years ago. But recently I feel that their customer service department has declined with the service for claims or even responding to emails (which I have sent and never heard back from) I recently went through a claim process for medication under illness and it took just about a month and numerous calls to get my reimbursement. I had to reach out after 15 days and was not contacted except for them stating they reached out to the vet 10 days ago, if I did not call and complain (which i contacted my vet and received the information with no problem to forward to them and they still said they had not received anything so I had to call again) they would have closed both my claims without checking up on them and trying to make contact and them seem to put it all in my lap saying they notified my that the vet did not respond and they did not give correct info to me in the beginning about how to submit my claim. CUSTOMER SERVICE and turn around time needs more attention.
