Easy to use interface and the customer service is excellent!

It's super easy to upload documents and also have our vet fill out the forms. Anytime I had questions or didn't understand the process, their customer service team was super attentive and patient with any silly questions I asked! I'm really glad I got my dog's insurance through Embrace.

Thank God for Embrace!

Apparently I attract very sweet, adorable dogs but ones that have a lot of medical issues. My sweet dog Chancey is on Allergy Medication and medication for his skin that is given once a month. He has also had several severe issues with Bladder Stones that required multiple surgeries and through all his medical issues, Embrace has been behind us all the way. It is a wonderful feeling to know that no matter what comes up with Chancey, I do not have to worry about how to pay for it thanks to my insurance with Embrace. If you have never bought insurance for a pet before I would strongly suggest that you start with Embrace. They pay my claims quickly and without judgment and not once have they questioned why I seem to use their services so frequently.

Thank you Embrace for helping me save my baby.

My Malamute baby is diagnosed with Lymphoma. It came as shock to us as she was happy and playing one day and next day she was terribly sick. We are fighting it as we refuse to give up to cancer. Without Embrace, it would have been very difficult for us to pay for expensive tests and chemotherapy. Words don't justify my gratefulness to Embrace. Thank you

Never a problem, terrific coverage.

I never have to call and complain. Coverage is terrific. Rates could be a little bit lower. But no complaints about claim coverage as with 2 other companies in the past.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
