While I did not have both receipts for the purchase of one of our old guy's prescription refills, they worked with me until they were able to reimburse me for that scrip. These are some terrific people who have never failed to come through for us.

I was a little concerned about the claim process because I haven't had the best experiences with human health insurance. I was sure they would find a reason not to cover my claim but to my surprise, it was a simple process and I received a check rather quickly. For what it's worth, I rescued a puppy and I received the first 2 months of insurance free and decided to stay with it because vet bills can get very expensive. As my pup got older we noticed something on his eye which had to be removed which is what I submitted the claim on. They covered 80% after the deductible.

Four years later and this dog just keeps coming up with mystery ailments and oddball accidents! Embrace had always been there and has been incredibly comforting to know that I won’t have to make tough decisions about Birdie’s care.

I just want to say, i have had the best experience, the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and is always there to solve the problems or guide you thru their procedures.. it's simple and extremely helpful. i just want to thank you for being amazing at what you do...

Had several claims for wellness and one for an accident. All were covered. The amount of paperwork required for the accident was ridiculous, but the wellness claims were reimbursed easily. I'm rating a 7 and not a 10 because I am overall pleased, but the accident claims process and user interface on the website were quite cumbersome to use. Additionally, if I had scrutinized the claims form BEFORE the accident occurred I likely couldn't have gotten it covered due to the nature of the process involved. Even with being prepared I still had to follow up with several additional emails/documents to properly complete the process.
