Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We had spoken with a friend in September who had recommended getting pet insurance. After searching many options, Embrace was not only the cheapest, but had the most coverage for our dogs. Our 13 year old is starting to have some difficulties in the past month and Embrace has helped us not worry about the cost. Embrace has covered a very large portion of our $3,000 vet bills and keep us at ease when we need to go to the vet. For the first time, my mom and I are not worrying about finances or what credit card we need to put the costs on! I plan on using embrace with every animal that I get!

Recently, our girl had the terribly unfortunate diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma, which brought on a few very expensive vet bills, including one for toe amputation. Embrace was absolutely exceptional- answered my many questions AND covered our bills. Luna is now living cancer-free.... Knowing we had Embrace on board helped make that possible. THANK YOU!!!!!

This company has been very easy to work with with my dog's torn acl repairs. They covered claims as promised, promptly. The online system is easy to use to check claim status. My only reason for not rating it 10/10 is that the annual premium is high compared to other insurance companies that friends and clients use.

I say this every time I write a review but I don’t know where we would be without Embrace! Our beloved boxer was diagnosed with a brain tumor and we have had no problems whatsoever with coverage and getting our claims paid for. It’s allowed us to be able to help him remain comfortable on medication and get that his other health cared for. Judah’s survived his original prognosis so every day with him is a blessing. We would not have been able to provide him the care we wanted to keep him comfortable and manage symptoms without Embrace. Simply put; our dog wouldn’t be here without the financial help we get from Embrace. Claims paid quickly, I recommend Embrace to everyone I know has a pet, and I would work with them again in the future.

I am so impressed by your integrity and service! Thank you for approving my appeals to pay claims that were late due to using an old claim form. You are seriously the best. You have paid thousands in claims and allowed me to keep my dog's health stable for 3 years during an auto-immune illness that could have bankrupted me! I wish I could buy all my insurance thru you!
