Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I purchased insurance on my 4 Great Danes hoping that I would never need to use it until my puppy needed shoulder surgery at only 9 months old. I really wasn't paying attention to the cost of the procedure, I just wanted the doctor to fix him and I'd deal with how to pay for it later. I'm thankful that I have Embrace, their turnaround time from the receipt of the claim to the release of a payment has been excellent and they have helped take the weight of the financial burden off of our shoulders.

Easy claim filing process. Efficient and fair

The process to submit claims was easy and I received my reimbursement within 10 days.

Embrace never disappoints. They have been supportive and always go out of their way with excellent customer service. The coverage is very thorough, and we have been through a lot with our rescue!

I had a different insurance for the first year of my cat's life, and they were the opposite of Embrace. She had an episode that required us to go to the emergency clinic, and we ended up paying 80% of the bill, which was what we were hoping the insurance company would have paid. They disallowed this and that, and it was very disappointing. Soon thereafter I learned of Embrace, and switched immediately. This month we had our first claim with Embrace, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. They paid what they said they would pay, and the claim was handled with lightning speed.
