Satisfaction decreasing
My satisfaction with Embrace has unfortunately lessened in the past year. I have received three different sets of instructions as to how best claim medications purchased online (but with my vet's Rx). The inconsistency is confusing, and I did have one claim rejected based on a pre-existing mass my dog had, only the vet invoice says nothing about a mass... However I must still say that customer service responds quickly to my questions and they are pleasant and the hold time is minimal. And I have not had any issue with Embrace until this past year.
