Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I am very happy with the service I have received by this company to date. Wellness claims processing is very quick and I am grateful there is a orthopedic waiting period waiver for TX residences. I have two dogs and both have insurance with the wellness plans, I view the wellness part like a Health Savings Account that many employers offer to help employees establish funds for many wellness items that can be pretty expensive; kind of a 0% financing on stuff your pet needs. As a retired military member, we get a discount and a multiple pets discounts that helps with the monthly premium. Also, the other awesome other part is what I would call the disapearing deductible and the freedom to determine the coverage that will fit your budget. Melissa from San Antonio TX

I have had a wonderful experience with Embrace over the years. They have always paid any claims quickly, usually within just a few days. I simply fax the claim in (my perefernce) and they begin the process and notify me every step of the way by email. It couldn't be easier. Any chance I get I recommend this company to my firends and family.

My 3 y.o ESS was unfortunate to tear his left ACL and required TPLO surgery. Embrace has a customer service that can't be matched by others. Fast claim service, follow up, and sincere. If I did not have Embrace pet insurance, I would be sunk. Thank you Embrace!
