Exceptional

Beau has had extensive (and expensive) health issues over the past few years. Embrace has been by our side through the whole process. Very supportive with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Embrace to anyone considering insuring their pet’s health.

Awesome Pet Insurance Company!

Recently, my Scottish Terrier was diagnosed with a melanoma tumor on his lip. My policy plan has covered all of the expenses and when I submit a claim, I generally receive reimbursement within 2-3 business days. Great insurance company! They also have great customer support.

Thank god for embraces spped in paying claims

Thank You Embrace! It's so nice to know you are there in my corner with such speed in paying my claim . Your Email communication on keeping me informed from beginning to end was fabulous. The speed of service allowed me to float the money on my credit card and pay it back before the credit card came due. Its so nice to be able to make decisions of care for my "teddy" knowing I had embrace insurance. I will always have you for my animals insurance. I never ever had one problem over the years with your company.

Great & sincere customer service

The Embrance team has been super with communications. No matter who you speak with by phone or email, they are sincere & very helpful. My claims are always updated & the coverage is easy to understand. After a lifetime of dogs, this is the 1st time we’ve had pet insurance & wont go without ever again. Bravo Team Embrace.

You don't expect anything will happen to your loved 4 legged baby, but if it does Embrace makes it manageable financially.

Our mixed breed rescued Terrier is the sweetest girl on earth. When we first got her, it turned out she had kennel cough. Then, she got HGE. Just lately, she got into something she shouldn't have and had severe eye problems. In her short 2 years of life, our baby has been through so much! We are so very pleased with Embrace! They promptly reviewed all of the documentation from the hospital and doctor's, and paid. I wish my medical insurance was this good. Thanks Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
