Embrace Came Through During Cancer Scare

Embrace precertified a biopsy ASAP. In the midst of bad news, Embrace did the work to cover x-rays and ultrasound for an emergency within 1 business day. And stopped me from worrying about cover when I'm worry about whether my dog has bone cancer or not. This is why I have insurance and Embrace came through for me.

Overall a good service, I'm just really disappointed with the pre-existing condition policy.

Provides a great service. My recommendation purchase this service with a new pup. To avoid being stuck with a 1,000 bill due to preexisting conditions policies. I have a 2 year teacup yorkie from another family... clean bill of health. Suddenly she becomes ill so rushed to the vet... realizing due to vet bills i need coverage if i plan to keep the yorkie. unfortunately, any diagnosis from that first visit will not be covered unless a year has passed. Otherwise, the wellness package comes in handy.

Quick and easy!

My dog Charlie's heart was failing and he had fluid on his lungs. It was very comforting to be able to get him the services he needed and not worry about the cost. He had to see a cardiologist and get meds. Thankfully he is better now and I am greatful that I had Embrace Insurance.

Insurance saved my cat’s life

My cat developed a serious illness. Having health insurance meant her doctors and I could make decisions about her health without having to factor in finances. My decision was solely based on what was best for my pet. The vets were able to treat Annabelle and I’m happy to say She is alive and very happy. I’m so relieved to have pet insurance

Excellent Pet Insurance

I have being a member of the Embrace family ever since I adopted Johnson, my terror, I mean Terrier Mix a few years ago. Embrace has been great; providing outstanding service and coverage when most needed. Johnson & I could not be happier; he told me so.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
