Embrace really cared
My policy includes the Wellness program which covers things such as flea and tick control and other things. I sent in my invoice and a day later I received a message from Embrace regarding the invoice. They were not able to process the claim because the invoice total amount did not match up with the amounts. The error occurred because I asked the pharmacy to price match and I guess in the process the total amount got out of whack somehow. Embrace noticed and contacted me rather than just not process it because the total amount did not make sense. I receive the revised invoice from the pharmacy, sent it over to Embrace and they processed my claim right away and I am now waiting for my reimbursement check. This may seem like a small issue, but I am very grateful that Embrace reached out to me to give me a chance to rectify rather than decline the claim. Embrace came through for us - again.
