Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My 6 year old Siberian cat developed a tumour in her lymph gland which was deemed inoperable, but non cancerous .I had to seek assistance from various specialists in the field in addition to my own vet. I cannot begin to tell you the expenses I incurred. Embrace was there for me, approved my claims within days and I received several refund cheques. I have had other per insurance companies in the past but not could ever come close to the service levels I received from Embrace especially during this trying period.. I h9ighly recommend them to anybody who has a pet. Insurance is a MUST, but having he right insurance is even more crucial. Nobody beats Embrace.... To be honest, I was very skeptical about pet insurance. After losing a pet to cancer a few months ago and not having insurance, I realized how high the bills could reach. We recently adopted a new dog. One month to the day of adopting him, he lunged into the street and was hit by a car. Thankfully I had bought Embrace pet insurance the day after adopting him. I was hopeful that the bills would be covered as promised. We had no problem at all submitting our claims and receiving our payments in a timely fashion. Thankfully our dog is healing very well and we cannot thank Embrace enough. Having this coverage made a traumatic incident a little more bearable. We never thought an accident like this could happen, but when it did, Embrace came through for us.

I got my French Bulldog Sadie at the age of 3 in October 2018. My French Bulldog Bentley now 2 1/2 has had Embrace since he was a puppy. I added Sadie to Bentley’s policy. Sadie went to a Veternary Specialist Hospital in November 2018 to have Spay and upper airway surgery. She was released the next day but we had to take her back 2 days later for not eating, lethargic and reguritating. The unthinkable had happen. She was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia and esopagitis from surgery and anesthesia. She was hospitalized for pneumonia for 5 days. She had to be readmitted again the next night. for 4 more days. I was an emotional wreak. Sadie is home now and is doing well. I thank Gad and Embrace. Embrace paid her airway surgery claim and all her claims for the aspiration pneumonia hospitalization.

I researched many of the Dog insurances and I found that Embrace offers the "mostest for the leasest". :O) I have found that the customer service is excellent..they respond quickly to emails, claims and phone calls. The wellness policy is nice but I probably won't renew that as the cost, at least for my pet, is only 34 dollars than if I just pay at the time of service with the limits I purchased. I have yet to use the accident /illness but they have always responded quickly to any questions I've had. I do wish they had a quarterly or monthly payment plan since my renews right around the end of the year and its hard to put out $465 extra at Christmas with other expenses..house taxes, car registration, Xmas gifts etc.
