This is my first experience with pet insurance and I couldn't be more satisfied. My auto insurance/banking company recommended Embrace and the entire process, from the moment I decided to get a policy until I filed my first claim, was extremely easy. I went on their website, but had several questions and felt more comfortable speaking with a person so I called the number and actually spoke to a person. They were friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. They walked me through choosing a policy that best fit my needs. It was refreshing to call an insurance company and actually get to speak to a person instead of navigating my way through a labyrinth of automated prompts.
At the time that I'm writing this review my German Shepherd/Mastiff puppy is just shy of 9 months old. She has great coverage, which almost rivals my own healthcare. I opted to add the Wellness Plan, reimburses policy holders for vaccinations, medications and much more. It's extremely comforting to know that my dog has such great coverage not just for everyday/preventative issues, but in the event of an accident as well.
The claims process is so simple. Just bring a claim form with you to your vet, have them fill it out, and email, fax, or mail the claim form and a copy of the itemized invoice and you will have a fast response and reimbursement usually within days. I cannot stress how easy Embrace makes everything from start to finish.
I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to anyone with a pet, whether you have a new puppy/kitten, an elderly rescue, or other type of animal if coverage is available. It's nice to have the peace of mind knowing that you're pet will be taken care of.

Would totally recommend this company to others. They are so nice, and I was notified the same day of one of our wellness claims that it was received and accepted. It’s really nice to know that this company cares about our dog. I did a lot of research before settling, and they seem to cover more with very competitive rates

The best insurance out there
I adopted a retired working dog almost 2 years ago, I looked into pet insurance which I had never gotten before on any of my previous animals, and boy am I glad that I did. 6 months after adopting Quimby, he became very ill, diagnostic tests alone cost a fortune, and with the surgery and hospital stay the bill was a little over $10,000 luckily Embrace and the hospital I took Quimby to were able to come to an agreement so they the hospital could direct bill Embrace, the entire bill was covered with no hassle, I only had to pay a fraction of the bill. Fast forward to a year later and Quimby has another issue where he needs surgery, another $10,000 and it was covered no hassle. This pet insurance company is the absolute best, and the best decision I have made reguarding the care of my dog, I will never go without paying for pet insurance!

Amazing Compan, they truly care and a must have for your peace of mind!
I am so impressed with Embrace. Peppy, our sweet Daschund went paralyzed in her back legs and the only thing that could save her would be an extremely expensive surgery. They were truly compassionate from my first phone call and the claims process was so easy during such a stressful time. We received reimbursement within a week and they also covered any rehab that she needed to walk again. I can not thank them enough for bringing the Pep back in her step and making the entire family happy again plus helping us not go into financial debt!! Amazing company and I always recommend to any pet owner!! Even our deductible was waived because she was healthy without claims for many years!!!

Always on Time
I can always depend on Embrace taking care of my claims for my pet after many visits to the vet. They always get in touch with you to solve any problems that may come up and they solve the issues quickly. I really appreciate their service.
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
