I have used Embrace since we rescued…
I have used Embrace since we rescued our Pekingese 5 years ago. Every single interaction has been above expectations! I would not have another pet before consulting with Embrace first.

It is impossible to reach anybody
It is impossible to reach anybody on the phone for any reason whatsoever. This is not useful. Whether they are any good as an insurance company or not, which I don't think they are, they at least have to pick up the freaking phone. They give you these long long long long long speeches when you press an option as if you're a flaming idiot who doesn't know how to read an explanation of Benefits and they're obviously trying to prevent you from reaching a human being and I never found out how to reach a human being. I just kept pressing zero forever until somehow it turned into hold music. Then I was on hold for about 20 minutes and I said never mind and I gave up because I don't have this kind of time. I really think these guys suck personally

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Coverage and Peace of Mind
I recently signed up with Embrace for my dog Sophie, and the experience has been great so far. The plan I chose is affordable and straightforward, and I love that it includes both accident coverage and a wellness plan. The $700 yearly wellness allowance makes a big difference, it helps cover essentials like Simparica Trio for heartworm/flea/tick prevention and even allergy care, which can add up quickly.
What I appreciate most is how transparent and helpful the process has been. The representative walked me through every detail and made sure my plan was active right away. Claims are easy to submit, and I feel reassured knowing reimbursements are handled quickly.
I also like that the wellness funds don’t roll over, because it motivates me to use the full amount on Sophie’s health throughout the year. It really gives me peace of mind knowing she’s protected no matter what comes up.
Overall, Embrace has been reliable, easy to work with, and a huge relief financially. I would absolutely recommend them to other pet parents looking for comprehensive coverage and great support.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
