Great company, great service, great transparency

Great insurance company -- very clear about what they cover (and what they don't). My young dog has (unfortunately) had a variety of health challenges and Embrace has been fantastic. They process claims quickly, keep you updated about any delays (usually the result of them needing more information from a vet's office), and respond promptly to inquires. They are very clear upfront about what they cover, very clear about exclusions for pre-existing conditions and what would be considered pre-existing, and very clear about other exclusions. Customer service is excellent and I cannot say enough good things about their integrity.

Great!

Embrace has been great and easy to use. I especially like the Wellness Benefit, which we use all the time. claims are easy, just snap a pic of your receipt and email it in with your claims form. Customer service is great. thanks!

Happy with the Insurance

I just used my pet Insurance for my dog Tillie and it was really easy to file the claim on a Monday morning and by Friday of that week my claim was taken care of, I will tell everyone what a great pet Insurance plan this is

Our Doxie is part of our family so I wanted to afford her the best care

When Peggy was diagnosed with Cancer we were struggling financially. How would I pay for the care she needs? Will the pet insurance I bought cover the expected high cost so I could help my little very loved little senior dog. Embrace has been fantastic. We have options for treatment for Peggy. We brought her to the best hospital for surgery and we are treating her holistically for now by choice. Embrace is covering all her restaging and vet bills promptly with no stress on our part.. I’m so glad we went with Embrace Pet Insurance. We are very satisfied.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
