Embraced during a health scare
Our sweet Dandie, Tavish, somehow got into a plastic container of about 30 pieces of xylitol gum and ate them all. After googling how toxic xylitol is, I rushed him to our local vet who stabilized him enough so I could take him to a specialized vet where he had to be on blood glucose iv and liver protectant for two days. They were the best and submitted our claim for us. We were kept informed and got our reimbursement within 10 days.

Embrace is AWESOME!
What a great experience! Accidents and sickness can happen at the most inopportune times and I am so thankful to have such great coverage for my pup. Working with Embrace so far has been such a pleasant and easy experience - I highly recommend!

Great!
Our 9 year old pomeranian has been insured with Embrace since he was a puppy. Our dog has had two orthopedics surgeries: patellar luxation repair at 1 year of age and then recently surgery for a hip dislocation (trauma). Both times Embrace has reimbursed us quickly with a reimbursement check received within 2 weeks from submitting the claim. We are very glad we chose this company!!

Pet Embrace makes the whole process very convenient
Pet Embrace makes the whole insurance claim process very easy. When you do have to call they are very friendly and they try to make the whole process very easy. I would recommend Pet Embrace to anyone looking for pet insurance.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
