There really isn’t a word but Humbled is a start

Making a decision on anything in life can be a challenge as you will never know how service will be given until you have to go through your own personal experience. From the day I called Embrace to discuss getting pet insurance for my sweet Buster Brown, I never ever felt pressured, rushed or a number in line. Everyone of your Team Members have went above and beyond to exceed anything anyone could ask for. There’s nothing like waking up and you feel like you can’t breathe because your child is sick, and the vet bill is piling up and your running around trying to figure out how your going to come up with the money instead of focusing on your child well, “ Thank you”, Lindsey Hagerty for allowing me to do just that, focus on my sweet Buster. Yesterday morning around 4:30am I emailed Lindsey by 8am she was calling me, before I got to the vet she and the Lindsey at Argyle Vet Hospital had already communicated, invoice was sent over with claim and well this morning I was informed that my claim was already processed and will be direct deposited in two days. Let me also add I had a pending claim from 11/13/2019 that Lindsey got finished up so we would know what I still owed on my deductible. 12/3/2019- I woke up scared, tired, stressed about how I was going to pay my rent, my bills and save my child. 12/3/2019- I took Buster home with maxed out credit cards, posted dated checks and gave it to God it would all work out by Friday so nothing bounced. 12/4/2019- I wake up again at 4:30am to see in my inbox to go to your App as my claim has been processed and money will be in my account in two days. Sooo I ask, How can you put a word on that kind of service? I sincerely apologize to the fact I don’t have a list of everyone’s name whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with at Embrace but I can only hope whom ever gets this will please take the time to recognize each and everyone of them!!! I’m a small business owner myself so how my clients are treated and there referrals are how I’m blessed everyday to continue to grow so please please give your Team the rewards they deserve because I got blessed by bringing home my sweet boy Buster Brown and with a peace of mind and that you can’t put a price on. I have told my vet that anyone should ask where to get pet insurance the ONLY choice should be Embrace!!! Thank you everyone at Embrace that has touched out lives!!! Lindsey you are a remarkable, caring, passionate and just an amazing woman!!! We can’t thank you enough!!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from our family to all of yours!!! The Brown Family

So Far, So Good

Just signed up with Embrace. Good customer service and coverage that is far cheaper than what Nationwide was trying to charge under my previous policy with them. Able to get what I had before with Nationwide without the 60% increase they are imposing.

Care we could not have afforded

Our little girl had many medical issues in her last 2 years. Embrace covered everything. We got our claims covered very quickly, sometimes before our credit card bill came due. We were able to give her specialty care and make her last two years as comfortable as possible with a great quality of life. When we lost her, we received a lovely card from Embrace with no fewer than 8 personalized, hand-written notes of condolence. We feel like part of the Embrace family.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
