The claims staff provides prompt, efficient, cheerful, and empathetic service.
I've only had my two dogs insured through Embrace since 2016, and had not reached the high deductible I chose, until this year, for one dog. He has a torn ligament, for which vets recommended fairly expensive surgery. He also has arthritis, for which he's receiving expensive shots. Embrace has notified me promptly when they receive a claim, and again shortly after, when they make a determination. They've also responded promptly, efficiently, cheerfully, yet with empathetic encouragement to my questions. They have exceeded my expectations and confirmed my initial judgement that Embrace was the best pet insurance option for me.
