Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I've only had my two dogs insured through Embrace since 2016, and had not reached the high deductible I chose, until this year, for one dog. He has a torn ligament, for which vets recommended fairly expensive surgery. He also has arthritis, for which he's receiving expensive shots. Embrace has notified me promptly when they receive a claim, and again shortly after, when they make a determination. They've also responded promptly, efficiently, cheerfully, yet with empathetic encouragement to my questions. They have exceeded my expectations and confirmed my initial judgement that Embrace was the best pet insurance option for me.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing company this is. Dibley is almost 8 now, and literally every experience we’ve had with Embrace has been positive. The latest was his hip replacement surgery, for which he was pre-certified and totally covered—saving us literally thousands of dollars. Our out of pocket was about $1200 on a nearly $6000 bill. And the staff at Embrace are consistently kind and caring. Truly. A miracle in this day and age!

Submitted a claim for wellness, claims adjuster took a while to review. Called customer service and they were able to clear the problem. Received claim funds and i am satisfied with the service.

I have had Embrace for about four years with my first dog, and I just got it for my second dog when I adopted. Every claim with my first puppy Willow has gone flawlessly. I had the first "delay" with this company regarding my new dog because they wanted her previous information because she was three, even though I had adopted her. There was a delay in processing a claim due to her getting injured, but they delay was far less than a delay with human insurance. Ultimately, she was covered. This was the first hiccup I have ever experienced, and the only reason I am not giving a 10. But during the whole delay, my emails were always answered and the company was stellar in the end. It is the best decision I could have made for my two Brown spots.
