Easy claim process and fast reimbursement

I had embrace for a couple months before I made a claim and within a couple weeks I made about 6 that totalled to about $1200. It only took a couple days to get reimbursed and I did it all through the app.

Excellent customer service

My dog went through two TPLO operations, and the claims were easy to file and paid promptly. After a dog has one of these operations, chances are good for a second one to be needed eventually, yet premium increases after the first operation were minimal.

Embrace is AWESOME!!

Embrace is AWESOME!! Our poor Daisy had a melanoma in her eye and had to have her left eye removed. It was traumatic enough for my wife but not having to worry about the money was great. The claim was reviewed and paid in about 2 weeks, no issues at all.

First time I’ve made any claim for…1st time claim

First time I’ve made any claim for either of my 2 dogs and they are 5 years old. Had a very positive experience with the claim process and the claim pay out covered my year’s insurance plan so I’m elated.

I love Embrace

My 7 year old boxer, Boomer had TPLO surgery. It’s been a very stressful time but Embrace has made the insurance claim quick, easy, and simple. They are a great company and I highly recommend them! Thank you, Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
