Blocked on Sunday

Recently my cat was blocked, having trouble urinating, and I had to take her to an emergency vet (these things always happen on Sundays). Long story short is they covered her visit plus her follow up at her primary vet. Claim process is simple through the app, it was evaluated within days and I was reimbursed within two weeks. There’s no price to piece of mind knowing you can get care for your pet at any time with less worries about the financial impact. Thank you Embrace!

We got a new puppy a year ago

We got a new puppy a year ago. He is very athletic. We researched pet insurance (this was our first time). I have USAA insurance and they partner with Embrace. We selected the right coverage for us and have had great insurance for our dog, Finnigan. Finnigan has had three issues in the last year. The claims were turned around in 48 hours (2nd and 3rd). On line submission was seamless! We would recommend Embrace whole heartedly!

Wow!!

Wow!!! I am so fortunate to have Embrace. We are experiencing major medical issues with our pup and we would not have been able to give her the care she needs without Embrace. So grateful! 10 stars !

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
