With 5 dogs of varying ages and health issues, the safety net that Ebrace Pet Insurance has provided has been invaluable. Beyond that their customer service, ease of process and access to information is impeccable. I cannot imagine ever having a furry family member without Embrace as being part of our planned care!

Insurance rates literally doubled this year. Wellness program l- buy $250 cap for $216, ridiculous. Anesthesia cost split between 2 procedures because one was not covered. It was not extra for the uncovered procedural; cat was already out. Between 2 visits, $1500 bill in a week and the the deductible we got $60. I suppose it’s best to have it in case something happens. However, I am starting to think if one put the cost of insurance for the year and added a small amount into an emergency pet fund every month, it would be much better financially.

I strongly recommend choosing Embrace pet insurance as a referral from USAA. We found it very easy to use Embrace for claims at a time when our 8 year old golden doodle was very sick. All my questions were answered on the phone or through the app by email with courtesy and professionalism. I am glad I chose the $300 deductible and 90% reimbursement. The security of knowing we could get specialized veterinary care was worth the cost of insurance. I found the Embrace app easy to use and their confirmation emails about receiving and processing my claims were timely. There was no hassle about covering the claims. Our vet helped us a little with filing the claims but the paperwork was simple. Finally, the genuine tenderness of the correspondence from Embrace staff was a true blessing. We had a treatment for 450 $. It's been almost a year they keeping a refund on hold due to a not enough info from my Veterinary. When My Vet is telling me he submitted all paperwork and have nothing else to add. They playing games and if you not happy they tell you to cancel policy and good by. After 6 month of waiting for empty promises i cancelled and went back to ASPCA. At least they are professional. Leon Zamel - pet Millie.
