Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Keeping in mind I have not yet filed a claim! The Customer Service was Excellent and helpful and the process was easy and stress free. I am waiting on a review of health history (for pre-existing conditions) and a Vet Report to shorten the Orthopedics waiting period. I will let you know when I have received that information or actually need to file a claim.

On the whole, I’m not sold on the pet insurance thing, as my rates have increased substantially every year, even on my pets with no claims. I think the better investment is just to save for emergencies. That being said I got this on my new healthy rescue dog, for coverage of big catastrophic kinds of things. This year, he started having mysterious pain which has led us to several specialists, imaging appointments, and many meds, and embrace has been fair and prompt in covering all of the claims. I read many horror stories, so I was worried, but they have thus far paid all of the claims that are part of my dogs policy.

We have had such a great experience with Embrace so far. The claims process is so easy. From start to finish it has been completely painless and professionally handled. We are very pleased with the service we have received.

BIGGEST SCAM!!! I signed up my dog to this insurance because he was already a senior dog. He was healthy but i did it just in case anything were to happen. A couple of months later he got sick, i went to an emergency service where I spent $2500 and then i had to take to him to the vet a few more times, I ended up having to put him to sleep because the his diagnosis him with a brain tumor.THIS insurance gave me THE HARDEST TIME; they insisted that my dog died of back pain when the vet clearly SAID he had cancer. They NEVER reimbursed me for ANYTHING. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY HERE!
