Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Very reliable and easy to maneuver pet insurance. Submitting a claim for my pups emergency or routine wellness appointments.

The communication has been inconsistent and sporadic. It is not detailed. I received an email stating payment was declined but I had notified them the card was stolen and needed to be corrected. Then, the claim status came back as changed with a claim amount of $0.00 but the invoice amount submitted is $931.85. It makes no sense.

Embrace canceled my account for me when my dog was euthanized, so there was no record of what bank account the insurance payout was sent to. I wish they had saved that information. They said they sent the money, but I didn’t receive it and when I called to inquire about it they couldn’t tell me where they sent it to. They put in a search for it and told me they would contact me to tell me what they found out. They never called me. I was forced to contact my ex-husband to ask him if the money had been deposited in his account, which it had and that was fine. I just wish they had included the last few digits of the bank account in the email saying they had sent the money and/or not erased all information about my account before one of us had received the payout.

You guys are really good. You return calls and provide explanations. I have had other pet insurance and none of them come close to Embrace.

Very easy to submit a claim and never given any push back about being paid!
