Upon comparing Embrace with other pet…

Upon comparing Embrace with other pet insurance companies the customer service and policies simply outrank them all. Then when my 12 week old puppy ate something he shouldn't have which resulted in an emergency visit 3 days after his insurance commenced Embrace was so helpful throughout it all. I recommended it to my prints for their new puppy and now they're customers!

They are the worst

They are the worst. They say they couldn't find my account when they turned down another one of my claims. Again, they are the worst!!!!!!!!

I should have believed the negative…

I should have believed the negative reviews!!! My pet sprained a muscle and was limping. We took her to get evaluated by the vet since it was an injury. Luckily, we ended up only spending little under $100 at the vet. We decided to report this to Embrace just in case the injury is worsened overtime. To “review” this claim, they asked for my dog’s entire medical history. But they already had received this information less than six months ago but they asked again! Thank goodness, my vet just sits around to submit medical histories to insurance companies. It has been 40 days since we filed the claim. And 30 days since my vet sent over my dog’s full medical history. NOT ONE UPDATE from embrace, it still shows as “pending info” even thought my vet already provided the information 30 days ago! I’ve called and emailed. They just keep saying they’re reviewing, but the claim status shows us “pending info”!!! So are they really reviewing it??? This experience has caused me to lose trust in Embrace. If they’re taking such long time to process a claim that is under $100 for a small injury, how can I expect them to be there for me and my pet if a bigger injury comes up unexpectedly?? Trusting Embrace as my pet’s health insurance has been waste of money and time!!!

Incredibly disappointed …

I signed my two dogs up for Embrace Insurance after seeing such great reviews and recommendations. But so far I have had nothing but bad experiences. It has been over two months since my first claim was submitted for one dog and still no response. I call and am given different responses each time. It was put on hold saying they needed information, then they apparently get all information until today. I am now being told they are still missing notes and cannot proceed without them. What’s the point in paying for insurance if there is going to be so many issues trying to use the service. I was trying to be the responsible pet owner and was told insurance is great to have, very disappointed that Embrace has made it so difficult.
